Delete Your Account

You can delete your Carva account and all associated data directly from the app. No email or external request is needed — everything is handled within the app itself.

How to delete your account

Open the Carva app and go to the Account tab (bottom right).

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account will be permanently removed.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your profile and username, all spotted cars and photos, your leaderboard position and XP history, and any other data associated with your account.

⚠ This action is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. All your spots, points, and progress will be lost. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it in your device settings before deleting your account.
